Coach or Consult?
Here at CGP we offer multiple services that fall under two categories, Coaching or Consulting.
To Coach (verb): to give instruction or advice to in the capacity of a coach;instruct: She has coached the present tennis champion.
When we coach, we are working day in and day out with our clients to help them get on the right track and we take responsibility of this migration to a new management theory or process within the company, whether through training, real world examples, and daily analysis of operations and logistics.
To Consult (verb): to consider or deliberate; take counsel; confer (usually followed by with ): He consulted with his doctor.
When we consult, our clients come to us with a question. We then do analysis on the firm and the their industry to find out how their business processes are, where they want to be or how they want to be doing business, then show them how to bridge that gap.
